As we announced last week we’ve arranged another tour of the Houses of Parliament because the last was so popular. This is a guided tour and costs £16 per person and is taking place on Saturday December 3rd.

Building Works at Sentosa House, N1
We are currently carrying out roof works at Sentosa House, N1. Our contractors will begin repointing the brickwork to the front of No 125 on Monday 17th October, which should take about a week. We also be clearing and renewing gutters and surveying window frames, carrying out repairs where necessary.
Laundry at Sentosa House, N1
The laundry machines have been replaced this week with cashless units. Laundry cards have been delivered to your buildings already. Please watch the explanatory video that has been emailed to you.
Laundry at Jeannine House, W1
All of the machines at W1 will be replaced with new cashless units next week. The laundry will be out of action for a few days while the new system is installed. Laundry cards will be distributed to all residents on Monday 17th October (in your mailboxes).

We have now completed the landscaping at Anson Road, with the last areas of the front garden finished in September.
We are in consultation with Islington's waste and recycling services on the re-siting of the bin areas.
We’ve managed to book 16 tickets for the comedy The Play That Goes Wrong at the Duchess Theatre, in the West End, on Wednesday 19 October 2016, 19:30. Tickets will cost £16 each. “I have seldom, if ever, heard louder or more sustained laughter in a theatre,” wrote one critic. There are elements of Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin and Mr Bean.

And we’ve booked two events at the National Theatre – London’s most prestigious venue.
The first is a Christmas show, Peter Pan, and is suitable for all the family (recommended for children 7+) on Monday 19th December. We’ve 30 tickets at only £15 (for seats which normally cost £39).
And in the New Year we’ve booked Peter Shaffer’s iconic Amadeus for Wednesday 18th January, 7.30pm. We’ve 25 tickets again at only £15 each (for seats that normally cost £39).
And finally we’re arranging another tour of the Houses of Parliament for a Saturday morning in either late November or early December.
