MAJOR WORKS

We are planning to redecorate the stairwells at 30 and 34 Chalcot Crescent. This project also include works to the fire panels, smoke detectors, wiring and doorbells and new sensor lighting systems. Work has already begun at No 30. We will inform residents when works are scheduled for No 34.

Our plans to completely renew the roof covering at Jeannine are progressing and tenders have now been received. This is a major project and we will be liaising with residents over timescales and any possible disruption as soon as we are able but in all likelihood this work will begin in April and last for 8 -10 weeks. Whilst the building is scaffolded (and it will be alarmed and netted), we’ll carry out some repairs to windows and gutters. Again we’ll liaise with everyone affected well before we start the work.

We are still completing the minor roof repairs at the rear of Sentosa and guttering repairs at the rear of Jeannine. We  hope to have the scaffolding down in the next two weeks or so, depending on construction and delivery of new windows for Sentosa.
