Recycling

The Association takes its recycling responsibilities seriously, and we are pleased that most residents do as well.

However, we do need to remind everyone of a few processes that make the system work more effectively:

Please crush any cardboard boxes before putting them in the recycling bins. This saves space.

  1. Make sure you clean any glass or aluminium that you put in the recycling bins.
  2. DO NOT put non-recyclable materials in the recycling bins 9this includes (computer components, coat hangers, shoes, clothes and kitchen utensils/pot and pans, ceramics.) – it is your responsibility to take such items to the local council refuse facility for disposal.

Thank you for your co-operation.

Major Works

The work to the stairwells at 30 Chalcot Crescent has been completed, with new décor and flooring, sensor lights and upgraded entry phone and fire alarm systems.

We will be programming works to the common areas of 34 Chalcot Crescent for next year.

The roof works at Jeannine House, W1 are almost complete, and we have started repair and redecoration work to the windows and stone work. We anticipate this will take about a month, depending on the weather.

After a final survey and clean, we will then remove the scaffolding.
