ABOUT US

Zebra Housing Association has been providing accommodation and support services for overseas students and their families for nearly 50 years. We are justifiably proud of our history, our skills and experience and the quality of service we strive to deliver for our tenants.

We are a small association but, even so, we are one of the largest, specialist, providers of affordable housing to overseas students in London. Many of our tenants are on limited budgets, so the Board of Management and staff work hard to offer decent, affordable accommodation and responsive support.

Each of our centrally located buildings is serviced by experienced Resident Wardens, who are supported by a Head Office administration team. All tenancy, maintenance, social and welfare services are operated from Head Office.

We recognise the unique problems and challenges of studying and living abroad, and the many difficulties that can arise. It is our aim to provide a quiet and safe environment for our residents and their families, and to give as much local information and advice as possible.

We provide a social programme of events for tenants, planned with our Tenant committee. These have included theatre trips, visits to historical sites, and our annual garden party. We value our tenants opinion, and we have a Tenant Board representative as part of our Board of Management.
