Zebra has just agreed terms for the purchase of a new residence at Anson and Carleton Roads, Tufnell Park, London N7.

The residence consists of two buildings containing 19 flats for single applicants, couples and families with one child.

These are two lovely late nineteenth century houses in leafy Tufnell Park close to underground stations at Tufnell Park and Caledonian Road.  Great access to LSE, Kings College and University College.   

We plan to complete the acquisition of the residence by early September 2011 at which time they will be ready for occupation - we will be looking for new residents from the beginning of August 2011. At a future date we will be undertaking the full refurbishment of all flats but the earliest this is likely to start is September 2012.
