Zebra offers student accommodation across five first class London locations. Choose from our portfolio of flats, studios and rooms – our student accommodation is for single people, couples and families.
Applying for student accommodation at Zebra is easy using our online form, and our accommodation is ideal for international postgraduate students at all central London universities including Imperial College, London Business School, Royal College of Music, Royal College of Art, UCL, UAL, University of Law and SOAS. We accept applications throughout the year and you can remain in our international student housing for as long as you are on a full time PhD or Masters course.

Living the London Life
Most of our international student accommodation is self-contained with its own kitchens and bathrooms. Our student accommodation is in character, older houses, in historic neighbourhoods typical of the London one knows from films and books.
Our student accommodation is in five prime London locations. Our largest flagship building is in South Kensington, a short walk from Imperial College London, the Royal College of Arts and the Royal College of Music.
Our Primrose Hill student accommodation is close to Regents Park and is almost like artisan village life within Central London.
At Tufnell Park our student accommodation is in a quiet neighbourhood with an excellent kids playground close by and good parks including Hampstead Heath.
We also have student accommodation in Islington which is ideally location for University of Law’s Moorgate campus, and in Marylebone near Oxford Street.
Our student accommodation is furnished but you’ll need to provide bedding, cooking and kitchen utensils.

Wide Range Of Properties
We have five, centrally located London apartment blocks, all of which are within easy walking distance of public transport facilities and local amenities. The Association has 134 flats and provides accommodation to 250 people.
Flexibility
We have tenancies starting, and ending, throughout the year. We allow students to stay in their accommodation until they have completed their studies and this can be between 1 and 5 years.

“I lived in Jerome House, Zebra’s South Kensington property this past year and it was the best rental experience I’ve ever had. The office is very responsive and very helpful and attentive to repairs and super communicative on bigger issues. The building warden was kind and welcoming and the neighbours are friendly enough, but quiet and respectful. It was a fantastic community to live in. But don’t expect a lot of communal activity, all the units are pretty self-contained so there isn’t much interaction between you and your neighbours unless you seek it out.”

I wanted to write you to extend my gratitude for the opportunity to have stayed at your property. From my first conversation with you, through to chatting about how to survive through a 14-day quarantine with an infant, the extreme attention to detail to keep us safe through Covid and your responsiveness – it’s been an outstanding experience. My daughter is 5 but someday when she gets to university, I’d love to see her live here at Zebra Housing when she goes to university and hopefully, she won’t have to endure a pandemic then.
