We have two big projects we’re planning next year – these are putting a new roof on Jeannine and improving the heating at Jerome. But there’s still room for some other projects. The new bike store at Jerome can now be used. It’s located in the basement light well at the rear of the building and can be accessed via the other, lesser used, door at the front of the building. Follow the corridor to the end, enter the lobby and go down the two flights of stairs in the small middle staircase. At the base of the stairs there is a door to the new store. We hope you find it useful.
We should complete the refurbishment of the common hallways at Sentosa by late February 2016.
It’s been working at Anson and Carleton for a number of months and the roll out is moving along well with cabling finished at Jerome and Sentosa and installation in progress at Impala. We’ll let you know when you will actually be able to access it and hopefully it will be available to all residents from March/April 2016. Existing tenants will have to make an additional payment to us of £18 per month for the service and new tenants will automatically pay this in with their rent and have immediate access to the service.
Office closed – Thursday 28 January 2016
The office will be closed all day on Thursday 28 January 2016 for staff training. It will re-open on Friday 29 January at 9.30am for business as usual.
