We are now close to completing the roof works and front elevation repairs and decoration at 9, Chalcot Square. We have repaired roof gutters and drains, repaired stone and plaster work and sills, and repainted the building.
We anticipate that the scaffolding will be down within the next two weeks, after our surveyor has carried out post-works inspection.

Can we remind everyone not to prop doors open with fire extinguishers.
There are fire doors in certain places to protect residents and they should be kept shut – so please don’t leave them propped open.
We are getting there but there are just a massive number of small things to complete.
We have discovered that there is a blockage to the main drains and we need to get this dealt with. We’ve therefore arranged to get a contractor in over the weekend to rectify it. Hopefully there should be no disruption to any residents but you will see contractors working in the front garden
