On Thursday February 26th, at 7.30pm, we have tickets for Puccini’s opera ‘Madam Butterfly’ at the Royal Albert Hall. This is a spectacular production, with the RAH arena transformed into a Japanese water Garden.
The tickets are available for the subsidised price of £16 each to Zebra residents.
Please email email@example.com, giving your name, address, and the number of tickets you require.
The performance of ‘Wicked!’ at the Victoria Apollo Theatre, prior to Christmas, was very popular, with about 80 of our residents attending.
We continue to search out the most interesting and varied activities that we can find, and have two very different shows to offer in February and March.
In February (date to be announced), we will offering tickets to Puccini’s opera ‘Madam Butterfly’ at the Royal Albert Hall. This is a spectacular production, with the RAH arena transformed into a Japanese Garden.
In March (date to be announced), we will offering tickets to ‘Women on the Verge of Nervous Breakdown’ at the Playhouse Theatre in Charing Cross.
This show has had fantastic reviews, and is a very popular ticket.
Directed by Bartlett Sher (South Pacific, The King and I), this hilarious and heartfelt musical, with a live band on stage, is based on Pedro Almodóvar’s incredible award-winning film.

This summer at Jerome House we have had five tenant births (one had her baby and left almost immediately as her husband ceased to be a student) and one tenant has recently moved in with a new born. We also have a number one to four year olds so in discussion with the parents we suggested they might find a Mums (and Dads) & toddlers group useful. The first meeting was held in the Common Room and Boardroom last week on 6th November and they have agreed it was a success and will try to organise a weekly event. They sent me the attached three pictures and the two organisers are:

We think this will be best left managed by the tenants themselves but we will give any assistance necessary and have initially agreed to purchase a playmat.
